Shipping Policy

Orders over $500 with a U.S. shipping destination qualify for free ground shipping

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer shipping options from USPS, FedEx, Amazon MCF, Walmart WFS and UPS. If you haven't met the minimum to receive free shipping, please select your preferred carrier at checkout along with the corresponding shipping charge which will be added to your cart. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the order will be sent via "best-way" to deliver to your address based on price and travel time to your location.

International clients may wish to use a freight forwarder.
BACKORDERS

Backorders will ship as they arrive without contact from us. Shipping charged on all backorder shipments if part of an order that was originally charged for shipping.

STANDARD DELIVERY

  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-7 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes usually arrives within 5-8 business days.
  • Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. This email may go to your junk/spam folder.
